DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

Copyright Infringement Notification
OnlyFree respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we promptly investigate and respond to all valid claims of copyright infringement involving the use of our services.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or made available on our site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, along with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on our site.

  4. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court
Repeat Infringer Policy

OnlyFree will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from the service more than twice.

Response Time

We will process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the material.
